RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE HOSPITAL
Cooking separately, use of stimulants like tea, coffee, Tobacco, Alcohol, pan and food items brought from outside are strictly prohibited.
Patients are requested to follow proper dress code (Males- T-shirt & Track Suites, Females- Chudidar t-shirt, track suites, saree) with in the hospital campus.
Single occupancy will be provided.
Patients are requested to produce one photo ID proof at the time of admission.
Patients are permitted to use there cell phones & laptops only inside their rooms.
Patients are requested to bring their previous medical records & medicine with out fail.
Management has the authority to demand relevant documents from couples visiting the hospital.
Admission allowed for the age group between 20yrs to 60yrs.
Discharge before the prescribed duration is liable for fine.
Attendants are allowed only in special cases with the permission of the Medical Officer.
Patients are required to involve him / her in all routine activities of the hospital.
During the course of stay,patients are not allowed to go out of the campus for any reason.
Patients should bring their own Yoga dress males, shorts & T-Shirts, female Chudidhara, selver commize and other personal requirements.
Strict discipline and cleanliness are to be maintained by the Inmates of the Hospital.
Patients are requested to wear proper and decent dresses within the hospital campus.
Patients are requested not to form groups and chat for a long duration during treatment hours at the hospital and are requested to actively participate in the treatment.
Patients those who violate the hospital rules and regulations are put under 'Black List' and will not get admissions in future.
Patients will be provided with separete plates, bowl & cup at the time of admission.
